In Snyder V Critics, director Zack seems immune to the kryptonite of a 29% Rotten Tomatoes average.
Despite a critical bludgeoning, Batman V Superman: Dawn Of Justice isn’t simply on track to meet its $150 million 3-day projection; it’s now expected to surpass it by at least $30 million on way to a possible $180 million opening weekend haul in North America.
This uptick comes off the heels of a record-setting Thursday night take for an Easter weekend. Batman V Superman‘s $27.7 million Thursday previews crushed the Easter Thursday night record set just last year by Furious 7‘s $15.8 million. BvS is tracking to pull in $78 to $83 million on Good Friday alone.
