I guess Chris Pratt will have to find another franchise to reboot.

Indiana Jones producer Frank Marshall (and husband of Kathleen Kennedy, the President of Lucasfilm who’s in charge of the beloved property) is squashing speculation that someone else will be cast as the world’s most famous archeologist, saying “we’re not doing the Bond thing”.

I hope he just means for Indy V and not for the franchise in perpetuity…but his sentiment would appear to reflect the latter. It worked for Bond. It can work for Jones. It’d be a shame if it’s not given a legitimate shot somewhere down the road.

But Pratt wouldn’t be my first choice. This guy would be.
