JURASSIC WORLD DOMINION Trailer Brings Original Cast Back To Life (VIDEO)

Sam Neill, Laura Dern and Jeff Goldblum return to the dinosaur franchise in the first trailer for JURASSIC WORLD DOMINION.

Sequels find a way.

In the first full trailer for Jurassic World Dominion — the third film in the Jurassic World series and sixth in the Jurassic franchise overall — the new cast of characters is finally teamed with the old as Jurassic Park stars Sam Neill, Laura Dern and Jeff Goldblum finally return together.

It’s only the second time that the complete original trio has appeared in a Jurassic movie, and now they’re helping World stars Chris Pratt and Bryce Dallas Howard take on what must’ve always been the worst fear of Dr. Ian Malcolm (Goldblum): dinosaurs unleashed across the earth.

The possibility was gleefully teased by Steven Spielberg at the end of The Lost World when a T-Rex rampaged San Diego, but now dinosaurs of all kinds are everywhere.

In this first glimpse, we see various species across various continents, climates, and cities from all around the globe. For diehard Jurassic fans (and maybe even casual ones), it’s the kind of global thrill ride we’ve been waiting for.

It’s fitting for a series climax, too, which this trailer categorically defines by saying “Experience the epic conclusion of the Jurassic era.” Suffice it to say, this trailer delivers on the promise of the film’s prehistoric prologue that was unleashed last summer.

Co-written and directed by Colin Trevorrow (who helmed the first Jurassic World), Jurassic World Dominion opens this summer on June 10, 2022, nearly thirty years to the day after Jurassic Park first hit movie theaters.
