Michael Keaton reprising his role as Bruce Wayne on the set of DC’s THE FLASH (2022)

Bruce is back.

Michael Keaton‘s return to the role of Batman is one of the coolest casting turns of recent memory, and now we have the first look of him as an older Bruce Wayne.

The first photos from the set of The Flash have hit Twitter, and they include a glimpse of Keaton as a gray haired Bruce Wayne, star Ezra Miller as Bruce Allen (who is The Flash), and newcomer Sasha Calle as Supergirl. (See photo gallery below.)

From director Andy Muschietti (the IT films), The Flash will be the DCEU’s big foray into the multiverse (based on the “Flashpoint” graphic novel). That’s where/how Barry Allen’s The Flash will meet Michael Keaton’s Bruce Wayne / Batman, in Tim Burton’s Gotham universe.

Specific plot details remain unknown, but these little photo morsels should have fans begging for more.

Currently filming, The Flash is scheduled to hit theaters in the fall of next year, on November 4, 2022.
