September Is Disney Princess Month At AMC Theatres (FILM FUN)

AMC Theaters invites you to be their guest for a Disney Princess marathon, back on the big screen.

Starting Friday September 6, the nationwide multiplex chain kicks off their “Dream Big Princess” series. In it, four of Disney’s modern classics will each have a one-week theatrical run.

The month-long event is in partnership with Walt Disney Studios in anticipation of their upcoming release of Frozen II this Thanksgiving.

The “Dream Big Princess” lineup and schedule includes:

  • The Little Mermaid (Sept. 6 – 12)
  • Beauty and the Beast (Sept. 13 – 19)
  • Tangled (Sept. 20 – 26)
  • The Princess and the Frog (Sept. 27 – Oct. 3)

Particularly special (at least to me) is being able to see 2D animation back in theaters, which 3 of the 4 selections are.
