Paramount is getting serious about animation.

After a couple of attempts with mid-range budgets like The SpongeBob Movie and Sherlock Gnomes, Paramount Animation studios is launching its first $100 million feature film. A Spanish-American collaboration with Madrid’s Ilion Animation Studios, Wonder Park looks to compete with the blockbusters from Pixar, Illumination, and Blue Sky.

This first teaser is just that, a tease suggesting the premise of a girl who discovers a lost, magical, hidden theme park in the woods that’s run by animals.

Starring the voices of Jennifer Garner, Ken Hudson Campbell, Kenan Thompson, Mila Kunis, John Oliver, Ken Jeong, Matthew Broderick, Kath Soucie, and Brianna Denski as the young girl June, Wonder Park opens next spring on March 15, 2019.
