The titles of three new TV spots say it all: Alien is back, and it’s the kind fans want.

After a mixed reaction to the more serious, self-important prequel Prometheus, the prequel-sequel Alien: Covenant is clearly getting back to the origins roots in style and tone: less complex but still brainy, scary, and very gory.
