The Past. The Present. The Future.

In what’s being billed as “the story of our universe”, director Terrence Malick‘s long-awaited Voyage Of Time (which has been years in the making, by some reports nearly a decade) is about to hit theaters this October. It’ll be presented in two forms: a 40-minute IMAX cut, and then a 90-minute feature length version released in regular theaters.

Earlier this summer, a trailer for the “IMAX Experience” version was released. That trailer, like the IMAX edit, is narrated by Brad Pitt. Now comes a new trailer for the feature length version, narrated by Cate Blanchett.

This will be Malick’s second film of the year, following Knight Of Cups from this past spring (now on home video).

Both editions for Voyage Of Time hit theaters on October 7, 2016.
