Pixar’s COCO Trailer Is An Hispanic Heart-Tugger (VIDEO/POSTER)

You were hoping it’d be that first Star Wars: The Last Jedi trailer in front of corporate cousin’s Beauty and the Beast this weekend, but you’ll still have to wait. Instead, it appears to be the first look at Pixar’s second feature of 2017 (following this summer’s Cars 3), called Coco.

Directed by Lee Unkrich (Toy Story 3), Coco looks to be a story set in the Hispanic culture that actually comes from the heart rather than merely being a cheap demographic marketing angle. Starring the voices of newcomer Anthony GonzalezBenjamin Bratt, and Gael García Bernal, Coco opens for Thanksgiving weekend on November 22, 2017.
