We will once again know the power of the Dark Side, because Darth Vader is back.
In a tease of their upcoming exclusive coverage of Rogue One: A Star Wars Story, Entertainment Weekly made the official announcement that the Dark Lord of the Sith will indeed be in the upcoming Star Wars anthology film, a prequel to the original Episode IV: A New Hope. Rogue One will be set during the construction of the first Death Star.
The initial report did not suggest how much screen time Darth Vader might have, or what his dynamic will be with Grand Moff Tarkin still around. But they didn’t need to; we all now know what we need to know.
EW’s cover story preview also announced that they’ll have detailed character bios for the entire cast of Rogue One, another first. You can get a condensed version of those by clicking here to Collider.com’s coverage.
