INDY 5 Set Transforms Glasgow To 1969 NYC (IMAGES/VIDEO)

New images from the set of INDY 5 in Glasgow, Scotland reveal an Apollo 11 ticker tape parade.

And the adventure continues…in Glasgow, Scotland.

New set photos for Indy 5 are popping up online again, this time from the streets of the UK’s third-largest city. There, a downtown strip has been transformed into a ticker tape parade in 1969 New York City for the heroic astronauts of the Apollo 11 moon mission.

While most of the images highlight the set’s detailed art direction — from store fronts to period vehicles — we’re also given the first picture of co-star Phoebe Waller-Bridge in period costume, as she walks on set between takes.

There’s also a snapshot of director James Mangold (seen in a gray shirt and black face mask), as well as star Harrison Ford out of costume; he’s currently limited in an arm sling as he heals from a shoulder injury he suffered during a fight rehearsal.

You can see all of the photos in the image gallery below, as well as two tweet videos that show footage and images from the set.

The still-untitled Indy 5 opens next summer on July 29, 2022.
